What we are looking for in this role:

The Production Assistant is responsible for all aspects of the candlemaking process, including making vessels, pouring candles, and packaging orders. As the Production Assistant, you will be responsible for helping manage inventory and keeping the studio organized and clean. If you're passionate about candles or the artisanal process, and have a knack for working independently, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Production Assistant, you will:

• Assist with pouring, sanding and sealing concrete vessels
• Assist with wicking, pouring, and topping candles
• Label and package products
• Assist with shipping orders
• Manage inventory
• Keep the studio organized and clean
• Maintain SOPs and Work Instructions
• Identify ways to improve creative and production processes

Qualifications for the role include:

• Interest in being a part of a fast growing small business team
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Independent, self-starter
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• 1 year of production/manufacturing experience not required, but preferred
• Availability Wed-Sun, 11AM-6PM; part-time hours available (14-35 hours)
• High School diploma/GED or higher

The Production Assistant role is available for part-time hours (minimum 14 hours, maximum 35 hours). Hours are available Wednesday - Sunday, 11AM - 6PM.
