Duties:

- Build good, strong, and loyal connections with customers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Have a good understanding of home improvement costs so you can accurately inform the home owners
- Become adept at following the flow of conversation and be able to read body language of the customers

Requirements:

- Proven experience in home improvement Sales
- Be strong willed to be able to deal with negative and or hard customers
- The ability to go the distance between your appointments
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
