```Duties```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced in Light Industrial and Admintrative Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions for clients in various industries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we attract top talent and maintain a strong workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
-Complete and process onboarding applications and forms
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Organize, schedule and hold on-site and off-site recruitments/job fairs
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with hiring clients, managers, candidates, and external agencies
- Experience with cold calling and conducting phone screenings and phone interviews
Other Requirements:
-Must be able to travel to jobsites within 1-20 mile radius
-Bilingual in Spanish
