Job Title: Shipper I
Summary of Position:
Inspection and shipping of finished products to customers.
Essential Duties:
- Inspect and ship all outgoing customs and stock products.
- Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to job ticket specifications.
- Coordinate all pallet orders.
- Communicate with CSV on any immediate shipping concerns that may effect on-time
- Review daily reports to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Inform immediate Supervisor of key issues daily.
- Assist and help lead Improvement Initiatives.
- Set a good example for all employees by displaying an excellent work ethic, being a team
- Keep the work area and inventory area organized and clean.
- To remain vigilant for/safeguard against sanitation, pest control and contamination
- It is the responsibility of all team members to ensure product integrity. Product should be
reported.
- It is the responsibility of all team members to ensure process integrity. Potential sources
- Do any other job the supervisor determines.
- Working with Microsoft Dynamics to pick and post shipments.
- Working with Clippership to process parcel, international and pallet shipments,
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work well with peers and management at all levels.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Flexible.
- Good organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED
