Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Ensure that all public areas are clean and presentable for guests at all times
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restroom facilities
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist with porter duties, such as moving furniture and equipment
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining various floor surfaces, including buffing and floor care
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing custodial duties

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of assigned duties

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
