Job DescriptionWe are actively seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Boulder, Colorado financial advisory team office. In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs. As a Client Service Manager, you will work alongside the team’s Advisors and Partners on a wide range of projects focused on the client’s needs. In everything we do, we focus on our clients and their needs to deliver the best possible experience.Essential ResponsibilitiesAssisting Advisors and Partners in daily operations and developing a comprehensive understanding of team processes and proceduresResearching unique and complex situations as they ariseEstablishing a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and AdvisorsImplementing Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial SystemsCoordinating account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assetsPopulating and maintaining systems data and client filesVerifying client account cash balances, generating and reviewing monthly available cash reportWorking directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off timesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance or a related field preferred2 years of relevant, direct RIA industry work experienceNotary Public a plus or willingness to obtain commission in the state of Colorado upon hireAbility to come into the office on a regular weekly basis (hybrid work schedules are available, however this position is not remote)Must be authorized to work in the United States This is a non-exempt full-time, salary positionAdditional InformationMoneta is committed to providing the best possible care for our employees; part of this care includes offering comprehensive benefits that enhance the wellbeing of employees and their families: Compensation range $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experienceAnnual discretionary team bonus eligibility 401k Match – 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of compensationDiscretionary annual profit-sharing bonusPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffPaid Pregnancy and Parental LeaveEmployer paid short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&D insurance, and basic life insuranceProfessional Development ReimbursementPaid Volunteer Time OffEmployee Referral Incentive ProgramOnsite Wellness Programs & RewardsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Engagement ActivitiesMoneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65.
