Confidential is Hiring a Senior Payroll Manager Near Boston, MA

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electronic time collection, payroll processing, employment tax reporting, and payroll systems maintenance. Your role will also involve managing new hire documentation in compliance with government regulations and preparing reports for state and federal agencies. If you have a strong background in payroll processing, labor laws, and payroll management, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

· Manage daily payroll operations for multi-state payrolls.

· Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure efficient processes and internal controls.

· Ensure accurate computation and recording of time, earnings, benefits, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and other payroll-related items.

· Stay updated on current legislation and communicate changes to third-party vendors for compliance.

· Identify and implement best practices for improved efficiency and cost savings.

· Communicate and update the organization on payroll policies and processes.

· Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts.

· Ensure compliance with government-required documentation.

· Training and educating users on compliance and process improvement.

· Payroll System experience Required.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of federal, state, and city payroll taxes and labor laws.

· Proficiency in payroll processing systems and Microsoft Office

· Excellent Interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Minimum 5 to 10 years of payroll experience

Pay: $99,405.76 - $125,402.63 per year
