Job Description Where you’ll work: United States, Eastern Time Zone; Preferably Northeast Accounting and Finance at GoTo The Accounting and Finance team is essential to our business. While the specific roles may vary, one thing is certain – you will be at the center of our organization and an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all our business activities. This is where you make an impact. Your Day to Day As a Senior Financial Analyst, you would be working on: Financial Advisor: Function as a key advisor to GoTo’s Marketing and Care organizations. Work directly with management and other internal stakeholders to manage expenses and provide financial recommendations with a focus on driving efficient resource allocation and profitable growth. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, establishing trust, and gaining a deep understanding of relevant business drivers Forecasting & Reporting: Own the forecast for labor and non-labor expenses, provide financial reporting and analytical support for P&L projections, and analyze variances to explain business changes. Provide metrics and perform ad hoc reporting and modeling to guide and support functional leaders and identify areas of opportunity for optimization Data & Financial Systems: Develop a deep understanding of financial systems, data sources, and backend logic to identify areas for process improvements Business Alignment & Partnerships: Support company-wide initiatives to drive alignment with business plan to support business objectives. Closely partner with Go-To-Market and Product Finance teams to drive aligned & cohesive processes & communications across the Organization What We’re Looking For As a Senior Financial Analyst, your background will look like: 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, management consulting, investment analysis, accounting and/or strategic planning; SaaS experience preferred Financial modeling: High proficiency with Excel, ability to build thoughtful, complex, and auditable financial models Experience in supporting executive-level stakeholders, functional budgets, and hiring pipelines Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar field Experience in ERP tools such as NetSuite, Workday, and Oracle Hyperion At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. Learn more. rpj Annual Base Salary Range: $84,000.00 - $139,000.00 The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
