Job Summary
Searching for a Culinary Director who is highly organized, detail oriented and passionate about food. We are preparing to take the next step in growth and need the help of a culinary expert with great strength in enforcing and implementing new systems. This person will oversee the entire culinary operation, including the cooking & packaging the product. You will work in tandem with our Production Chef and other team leaders to develop, plan and execute delicious menus, with clean ingredients and healthier alternatives.
Our Company
We cook and deliver fully prepared, never frozen meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) direct to consumer on a weekly basis. Our customers order online from a menu of roughly 40 menu items. About half of the menu rotates weekly, while the other half rotates seasonally. We are conscious of using healthy, clean ingredients and provide macros to customers. About 50% of our customers are ordering for the convenience and 50% are using our meals to lose weight.
