- Position : Physical Therapist
- Salary : Up to $42 / hr
At Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation, we're in search of a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals.
This role offers both weekday and weekend hours, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Physical Therapist at Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will :
- Evaluate residents, establish treatment goals, implement therapy plans, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Apply therapeutic techniques in areas such as gait, ambulation, muscle strength, coordination, and more.
- Design and fit adaptive devices, and train residents in their use.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide instruction and evaluate client progress, adapting programs as needed.
- Contribute to resident care conferences and related meetings.
- Supervise support personnel in accordance with professional standards.
- Conduct training programs and share your expertise with medical and nursing staff.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.
Requirements :
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
