Job Summary

The Lead Manager will oversee and manage all company-wide leads from inception to completion. They will establish and maintain relationships with lead vendors, ensuring a consistent and high-quality lead flow. Utilizing analytics, the Lead Manager will stay ahead of the "next campaign trend" and ensure the company is poised to capitalize on new and current opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to drive team performance to meet and exceed company objectives. Additionally, this person will ensure that the company has enough leads to sustain and grow its operations, coordinating seamlessly across departments to optimize lead management and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Call Center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management:
  • Oversee, manage, and analyze the entire lifecycle of company-wide leads, from initial generation to final conversion.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality lead flow, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain optimal lead volume and quality.
  • Vendor Relationships:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with lead vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Analytical Oversight:
  • Utilize analytics to monitor lead performance and identify trends.
  • Stay ahead of the "next campaign trend" to ensure the company is positioned to capitalize on new and current opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize lead management processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless lead integration and management.
  • Coordinate efforts to optimize lead conversion rates and overall efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track key performance metrics related to lead management.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance data.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring they are effective and aligned with company goals.
  • Adjust campaigns based on performance analytics and market trends.
  • Resource Management:
  • Ensure the company has a sufficient number of leads to sustain and grow its operations.
  • Manage resources effectively to support lead generation and management activities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of management experience in a Call Center.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
