LHH is Hiring a Customer service administrator Near Blue Bell, PA
LHH is working with a wholesale distributor in Blue Bell, PA to hire a permanent Customer Service Representative. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM.
This role will be 100% in office. The qualified candidate should have at least 1 year of office administration or customer service experience.
Experience in accounts payables and receivables is a plus.
In Office / Hybrid / Remote : 100% in office
Hourly Rate : $25 $30 / hr based on years of experience

Responsibilities Will Include :
- Answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Entering customer orders into the system
- Assist customers with questions and concerns
- Acting as a back up to the accounts payable and receivable team
- Providing administrative assistance for the team
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a corporate setting handling customer service, administration and / or accounts payable / receivable
- Technologically savvy, intermediate MS Office skills
- Knowledge of AR and AP is preferred
- Ability to multitask and wear many hats
