Licensed Customer Service Agent (Property & Casualty) $18.50 / hour

Join a team of high performing customer focused, licensed agents in an exciting opportunity! Agents will have core responsibilities in managing incoming phone calls and accurate data entry into a number of systems.

Our fun and high-energy work environment allows reps to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls.

What we look for :

• Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses required

• Six months or more experience in a computer and phone based customer service setting
