Stratus Aviation Llc is Hiring a Flight and Customer Service Coordinator - flyGATEWAY Near Blue Bell, PA

Job Description: Flight and Customer Service Coordinator


Responsibilities:

    • Promote flyGATEWAY’s commitment to exemplary service and quality by the successful execution of the duties assigned
    • Support flight operations by scheduling aircraft, students, and instructor resources with weather and operational needs.
    • Liase with maintenance supervisor and management to assure coordinated operations for predicted and unexpected aircraft maintenance
    • Monitor flight schedule to ensure instructors have dispatched and checked in all flights, and complete invoices post-flight.
    • Run billing and student curriculum reports to review for accuracy and correct errors.
    • Complete student account balance collection,
    • Point of contact with university affiliations for student accounts, scheduling and billing.
    • Work with Chief Instructor and Operations Manager to support flight instructors to assure compliance with safety, FAA and customer service standards.
    • Assist in ensuring all security and required documentation is on file for each student prior to flight
    • Maintain the highest standards of customer service through ongoing staff training and focused attention to the needs of our customers.
    • Answer student/client inquiries and maintain proper paperwork in an organized and prompt manner.
    • Keep the training facility a clean and inviting training space.
    • Manage supply inventory and order as needed
    • Other tasks and duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Competencies

  • Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer software knowledge required
  • Must be tactful, courteous, and conscience of client needs
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Customer Service experience in a professional environment preferred
