• Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the brand's business objectives, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction and driving financial performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards for guestrooms, public spaces, and associate areas.
• Establish and maintain a robust inspection program to continuously monitor and improve the quality of cleaning and service throughout the hotel.
• Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to coordinate room inspections and ensure prompt attention to guest needs.

• Lead by example in guest hospitality, demonstrating excellent customer service and empowering associates to deliver the same.
• Engage with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels, handling any guest concerns or issues effectively.
• Conduct regular meetings to review guest feedback, identify areas of improvement, and develop action plans for continuous enhancement.
• Conduct thorough performance appraisals for associates based on their job descriptions, set performance goals, and create development plans to foster professional growth.
• Cultivate open, collaborative relationships with associates, conducting annual performance appraisals for direct report managers to support their development.
• Maintain regular and ongoing communication with all team members to create awareness of business objectives and expectations.
• Oversee the departmental budget and expenses, participate in the development of capital expenditure goals, and conduct regular financial evaluations to achieve set objectives.
