Description
The Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Human Resources Department with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance of policies, employee files and HRIS system, keeping with local and federal standards. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills she or he may has acquired in school related to his or her area of interest and apply them in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Review our current policies and processes, updating as necessary.
- Ensure all updated policies are added to NH events and saved electronically.
- Participate in the planning and executing of company recruitment and marketing events.
- Onboarding -Automation: Working with Global Team Review on on-boarding process and assign a new roadmap for the business and managers.
- Execute other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Project management and/or research related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
