The Key Holder provides excellent customer service, maintains a clean, safe and pleasant work environment, and implements the Company’s mission and goals while working in an accurate and efficient manner to reduce waste, improve sales and reduce expenses. The Sales Holder reports to the Store Manager.

- Serve as a training resource to less experienced staff; exemplary in regard to quality of work
- Understand the requirements of opening and closing the store; ensures safety standards are enforced and maintained
- Support the team environment by actively participating in the effective merchandising of assigned areas
- Work to improve delivery of customer service in the store; improve processes and practices that will continually enhance the shopping experience
- Assist in the visual presentation of the store as directed, including window displays, rack signing and sizing and accessorizing
- Accurately perform the job functions of a retail cashier
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Previous experience as a Shift Lead or Key Holder or similar experience required
- Retail experience is a big plus
- Basic computer skills are required
- Able to read and write in English, or willingness to enroll in an ESL program
- Support the store to achieve an excellent customer experience
- A multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail
- Positive attitude and able to work well with a team of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull at minimum 35 lbs.
- Must be able to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop
- Must be able to walk and stand on hard surfaces for an extended period of time
