As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers. By working together with our operations and sales teams, you will provide clients with the highest level of service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction in order to retain their business and grow their accounts.
Job Responsibilities will include:
· Maintain contact with customers to determine their daily shipping needs
· Communicate any transit or shipping issues with customers
· Identify and immediately resolve customer issues with sense of urgency
· Create Solutions and provide options for customer’s needs
· Complete all administrative tasks to ensure 100% customer Satisfaction
· Order Entry
· Scheduling of pickup and delivery appointments
· Tracking and tracing of shipments
· Updating web portals with transit, accessorial charges, obtaining receipts and charge approvals from customers within allowed times, etc.
· Work as liaison between KLLM Operations Team and customer
