Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
We offer unbeatable commission splits on Zillow and Realtor.com leads in Broward & Miami Dade county. No hidden fees and no off the top fees.
Experienced Realtor (10 transactions lifetime) Splits 50/50 and Spheres 90/10
New Realtor (Under10 transactions lifetime) Splits 40/60 and Spheres 80/20
Unlike other brokerages, we do NOT pay any fees to Realator.com per transaction. The splits outlined above are based on the total commission received!
We do not generate the lead and forget about it. Instead, we provide the following at no cost to you:
· We provide 25 Buyer Leads per month to each agent GUARANTEED.
· CRM: Follow Up Boss Account
· Dedicated Admin Support Team is available from 7:00am - 10:00pm EST, 7 days per week. The Admin Support Team schedules all of your showings, prepares CMA’s/ROI sheets, prepares your offers to the point of license review and follows up with your clients on your behalf.
· Contract to Close Manager on every file.
· In-house lending, title, and insurance. We pre-qualify buyers 7 days a week within 2 hours of an application, and we can close a finance deal in 12 days or less.
· 24/7 Real Estate & Financial Support Channels. No question is too big or small. Our seasoned agents and loan officers are available 24/7 in Slack, answering questions that you may have on real estate and financing.
· Training & Resources: We have a library of self-paced learning modules, in house training and development opportunities where we work with industry experts to provide training on real estate best practices.
· All new realtors are partnered with a dedicated success manager.
Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Show properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Assist clients in negotiating offers and contracts
- Provide guidance and advice on pricing, market conditions, and financing options
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends
- Prepare and present property listings to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
