The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible of the management of MarTech, vendors, and end-to-end management and optimization of technical marketing processes.
What you'll be doing:
  • Managing marketing automation and analytics platforms (Sendgrid, GA, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Zapier) and CRM (Hubspot).
  • Ensure MarTech platforms are integrated and utilized effectively for accurate funnel reporting, financial planning and budget management.
  • Maintain and improve processes that ensure campaign and lead management best practices, allowing for flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Manage UTM parameters and other ways to track data from one system to another.
  • Uncovering trends, identifying KPIs, and performing hypothesis testing.
  • Compiling data, offering insights, and providing recommendations to improve future marketing campaigns.
  • Creating and maintaining a unified taxonomy to ensure consistent data across marketing activities.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing as needed.
  • Fulfilling requests for reports, revenue tracking information, and other metrics to quantify the business impact of marketing activities.
What you'll need to be successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline, required.
  • 5 years of B2B SaaS environment marketing experience.
  • To excel in this role, you'll thrive in managing uncertainty and embracing the ever-evolving landscape of rapid directional shifts.
  • Self-starter with a creative, goal oriented, growth mindset - someone who is always working to learn, grow, and find new ways to promote our product and company culture.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating and building relationships within the marketing team and cross functionally.
  • Critical thinking and complex problem solving, understanding external customer and internal challenges, evaluating various approaches and implementing solutions
  • Proven experience developing and implementing integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and communication skills. Ability to quickly create content including emails, website copy, blogs, videos, social content and more.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and with limited oversight to accomplish objectives and evaluate results.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising best practices.
  • Expertise and proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM solutions, email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Experience working with agency/client partners.

This position will be a remote position within the United States. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.
