United Install Group is looking to add 3 Broadband Cable techs to our Baton Rouge team immediately. We are a contracted cable company that works with major MSOs such as Comcast-Xfinity, Charter-Spectrum, and Cox Communications.
We install, service, repair, as well as, educate customers on Video, Internet, and Phone services (also known as Triple Play services). Our professional technicians work from the Tap to the CPE with a major focus on Signal, Craftsmanship, and Customer Service.
This position will be a 1099 contractor position that pays out weekly via direct deposit on a piece-rate pay scale (points system). The average technician with a minimum of 3 months of experience can average between $800 to $1200/week or more.
We are looking for experienced techs who would need minimal training and own their own assets, but we are open to teaching this trade to those who are looking for a career. We also provide Asset assistance (see below list) if needed.
Overall we're looking for people with high character, integrity, a strong work ethic, reliable, self-motivated, self-disciplined, excellent communication, and people skills that can work independently without much supervision.
