Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative at Sporty's Pilot Shop located in Batavia, Ohio. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, promptly resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.
