PC Logistics Group is a leading provider of logistics services, specializing in flatbed, dryvan, step deck and Conestoga shipments. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional transportation solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Logistics Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and build relationships with direct shippers and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing partnerships.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the logistics industry and client needs.
- Actively prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and other channels.
- Oversee customer operations on accounts and communicate directly with transportation and logistics departments regarding daily shipments.
- Expand our client network through strategic business development.
- Conduct all business activities with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Strong client relationship skills with solid negotiation capabilities.
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Experience in a transportation sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
