Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with PRP counseling, behavior management, therapy, and clinical counseling.

• Coordinate Care: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Resource Referral: Connect clients with community resources and services, including vocational training, housing, medical care, and social support networks.
• Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the mental health system and the broader community.
• Empower Clients: Encourage self-advocacy and help clients develop skills to manage their mental health and navigate social systems.
• Immediate Support: Provide crisis intervention services when clients experience acute mental health crises.
• Safety Planning: Develop safety plans to address and manage clients' crisis situations effectively.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of clients' progress, treatment plans, and counseling sessions.
• Prepare Reports: Generate reports for treatment teams.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PRP counseling and behavior management
- Familiarity with medical documentation and medical records
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
