Recruitment & Retention Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Recruiter for a mission based organization in the Baltimore metro area. Looking for a recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to hiring employees, and to collaborating with hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of three years of expereince recruiting in healthcare
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Bilingual is a plus
- Valid driver's license, ability to drive and acceptable driving record per Agency and insurance criteria
- Monthly travel required in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania
Employment Type:
- Full Time
- Hybrid: three days a week in office
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000
