Recruitment & Retention Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Recruiter for a mission based organization in the Baltimore metro area. If you thrive to recruit in the healthcare industry for a not for profit organization then this job is for you! This company is committed to excellence and inclusivity. Looking for a recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to hiring employees, and to collaborating with hiring managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum of three years of expereince recruiting in healthcare
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Valid driver's license, ability to drive and acceptable driving record per Agency and insurance criteria
  • Monthly travel required in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania

Employment Type:

  • Full Time
  • Hybrid: three days a week in office

Compensation: $65,000-$70,000
