Pleasant Behavioral Health Systems is Hiring a Recruitment specialist Near Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities :

  • The marketing / consulting specialist is responsible for client recruitment and program marketing for all PBHS programs, focusing on PRP / IOP / PHP Act as a primary liaison between referral sources and the client.
  • Conduct face-to-face and phone screening to determine the appropriateness of the PRP / IOP program.
  • Facilitates client enrollment into PBHS programs.
  • Recruit and market PBHS programs at designated area hospitals, mental health, and substance abuse clinics service providers, or any other appropriate referral.
  • Communicate effectively with the client and referral sources during the enrollment phase.
  • Develop the appropriate advertisement material abiding by governing body requirements.
  • Abide by HIPAA standards at all times.
  • Attend field-related conferences / seminars as approved by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Additional education may not be substituted for this experience requirement.
  • Knowledge of community resources for marketing, knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses and symptoms, basic computer programs, and electronic medical records programs is preferred.
  • Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment, operate a telephone system, to speak on a telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner, and read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO RECRUIT AT LEAST 10 PEOPLE PER MONTH IS A MUST!
