Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to work with Administration.
The Executive Assistant performs advanced and confidential administrative duties for the CEO, Western Wisconsin Health (WWH) Senior Leaders, and the Medical Center’s Board of Directors. Uses broad experience, independent judgment, skill, and knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures to perform support tasks. Tasks include coordinating and maintaining calendar(s), scheduling meetings, preparing correspondences, recording minutes of meetings, welcoming guests to Hospital, supporting all staff with applicable needs, and miscellaneous administrative work.
All of this is done to support the organization’s mission while living our values.
