CV Resources has partnered with an Amazing Company in the Azusa area for a Fresh Graduate to join their team in the Accounts Payable department. This position is a perfect oportunity to start your accounting career with the ability to move up the accounting chain!!!
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors regarding payment inquiries
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of financial concepts, debits, credits, and technical accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
