Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Accounts Receivable Clerk Include :
- Record and reconcile credit card purchases.
- Manage AR invoicing using AIA and Textura, and handle book deposits and cash receipts.
- Maintain invoices management, process ACH deposits, and post AR check payments.
- Manage union reporting & payments and perform insurance audits including General Liability and Workers Comp.
- Handle business property tax reporting, sales / use tax reporting, payroll tax processing, and 1099 / 1096 processing.
- Provide work order numbers to service PMs, submit service invoices, and provide monthly AR Aging reports.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 per year. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a 3% company match, PTO, and an end of the year bonus.
