About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting for new leads, qualifying leads, providing exceptional customer service, and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
Qualify incoming leads and identify customer needs
Provide consultative sales conversations, recommending the most suitable packaging solutions
Negotiate pricing and quotes
Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Sales, Account Management, or Territory Management a plus)
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in industrial sales or packaging/container sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
Highly professional and dependable
Fast learner and resourceful
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently
Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 commission (5% of gross margin)
401k with 3% company match
Standard health benefits with a stipend for coverage (negotiable)
Paid time off (2 weeks vacation/PTO)
Standard holidays
Office-based position in Grovetown, GA
Standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with some flexibility
