Industrial Project Manager

Experience in industrial settings is required to be considered

Experience managing industrial projects (mechanical, electrical, structural)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to define project scope, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

• Secure and manage all necessary resources, including internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

• Oversee all project activities, including design, engineering, construction, and commissioning.

• Mitigate risks and develop contingency plans to address any unforeseen challenges.

• Implement effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.

• Conduct regular progress reviews and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.

• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

• OSHA training

• A Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) designation is a plus.
