Walters Wedding Estates, a brand of Walters Hospitality is actively seeking a Catering Cookto join our culinary team! At Walters Wedding Estates our culinary team has the opportunity to plan during the week in order to execute excellent events on the weekends.

Job Overview and Requirements

• Location: Aubrey, TX

• Job Hours: Full Time Opportunities, Weekdays, Weekends & Evenings Required

• Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Required Education:High School diploma or equivalent, culinary degree preferred but not necessary.

• Required Experience: 1-2 years of successful culinary experience

• Physical Requirements:Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours

• Other: Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities

• Completes food preparation and cooks according to recipes

• Transports food and equipment to venues for events - Vehicle provided, ~1.5 hour drive time to and from events

• Plates and presents food to meet standards

• Oversees the kitchen food service during events

• Maintains proper sanitation and cleanliness at all times
