Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
- Maintain precise records of customer credit.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to credit in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously monitor customer credit accounts for any discrepancies or issues.
- Take appropriate action to collect overdue payments from customers.
- Exhibit strong administrative support skills and ability to multitask.
- Demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Showcase proven analytical skills in managing customer credit data.
- Ability to adapt to change and work independently.
- Exhibit effective interpersonal and listening skills alongside team collaboration.
- Proficient in using Excel and Word for data entry and record maintenance.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
- Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and speed
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing Email Correspondence effectively
- Proficient in using various data entry software and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
