Eternapure in Howey In The Hills, FL is looking for one strong candidate to join our customer service team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Assist Customers and Representative via phone email text in a kind and respectful manor
- Answer any questions the customers and representatives may have
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Contact Affiliates and Businesses interested in partnering with our brands
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and caring attitude
- Patience and self control
- Ability to handle surprises and be able to adapt to changes
- Superior listening and communication Skills
- Computer Knowledge
- Customer Service Experience prefer Call Center Experience
Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
