Description :

• Will be supporting Back Up Care team
• Work with a number of client companies
• Will be taking inbound calls from employees at their client and / or placing outbound calls to internal networks to help find a solution while they continue to work their normal day

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document content of phone

conversations accurately

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, in addition to, the ability to work closely

with other team members and departments
