**Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in a Dental office, administrative tasks, and exceptional customer service skills.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Check pt's in
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
**Skills:**
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in office management is a MUST
- Proficiency in administrative procedures and customer service principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to handle front desk operations efficiently
