What You’ll Be Doing As a HR Generalist
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist with performance management, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of experience in human resources
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
