In order to help realize the ambitious growth objectives of Rewire (we aim to double the Rewire business in the next 4 years), we are currently looking for a Project Leader.
As Project Leader you will take a leadership role within Rewire , driving the delivery of AI-projects and leading small teams to deliver high impact work for our clients; You will drive adoption with our clients and will help ensure successful delivery within the scope of the engagement.
You will develop your expertise in a subfield of AI, and will bring this expertise to our clients in your work; in this you will be supported by a dedicated senior team and our Global AI network (GAIn) training program.
As a Project Leader at Rewire…
1. … you help lead AI projects for one of our clients to unlock value through AI
• Together with our clients
• Collaborating with a broader Rewire program team of senior experts and more-junior data scientists
2. … you manage a project team on a daily basis, typically consisting of 1-3 junior data scientists , maintaining an acceptable pace of work and (help) lead senior client presentations and meetings
3. … you drive analytical problem solving, AI-solution integration, and output quality within your workstream
• Leveraging general technology & business acumen and holistic thinking within the program
4. … you manage client relationship with your direct counterparts on a day-to-day basis
5. …you contribute to the development of our AI-expertise and intellectual property, including improving methodologies, techniques and developing new ideas and approaches
