Are you a self-starter with strong customer service skills looking for a fantastic contract opportunity? This Amherst organization is member-focused and very mission-driven. The Client Relations Associate will provide and oversee all aspects of service for clients. Duties include:
- Reviewing candidate accounts, providing updates and insights
- Tracking all inquiries in the Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce)
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting & website navigation
- Generating & distributing biweekly reports
- Providing statistical reports monthly and by request
- Processing new & renewal membership records
- Assisting with survey distribution through Survey Monkey
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, relationship and/or account or project management skills a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) a plus
- Technically adept with willingness and ability to learn new software processes quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor & pleasant phone manner
- Ability to utilize independent judgment and prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Interest in the financial field a plus
