Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

-Serve Frozen Yogurt or Ice Cream

-Prep toppings, make fro-yo
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow proper food handling procedures when necessary
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed
- Uphold company standards for customer service excellence

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus
- Ability to handle money accurately and efficiently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job responsibilities
- Understanding of basic food industry regulations and food preparation techniques is desirable
