As a Field Technician 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in inspecting fire safety systems and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough inspections, identify any issues or deficiencies, and report them to the senior technical team. Your attention to detail and expertise in fire safety systems will contribute to the overall safety and well-being of our customers.
You will report directly to our Senior Technical Team and you'll work out of our Altamonte Springs, FL location on a 3rd shift (overnight) schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the reliability and effectiveness of fire safety systems, ensuring that they are functioning optimally and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of fire safety systems and equipment.
• Identify any issues, deficiencies, or non-compliance with regulations.
• Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with the senior technical team to address and resolve identified issues.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to fire safety systems.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience with a variety of fire safety systems and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
