**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including sushi selections and beverage pairings

- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and enhance their dining experience

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of drinks while adhering to recipes and specifications

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal cocktail specials and promotions

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for bar supplies as needed

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol service guidelines

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a craft bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment

- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail ingredients

- Strong understanding of mixology techniques and flavor profiles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service

- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain certification
