• Provide the Director with the ability to rapidly respond to changes in priorities in an agile, flexible manner.
• Support the Director through the integration and execution of all contract tasks to achieve objectives.
• Provide multidisciplinary expertise of program and project management with a focus on workforce management and data driven solutions.

* A minimum of 10 years of experience directly supporting the DoD Financial Management Community* Must have experience working in or supporting the DoD financial management community* Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)* Bachelors Degree* Experience working at a Major Command or higher level* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams* Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams from different components* Adept at identifying and creatively solving complex challenges

* Willingness and ability to stay current with evolving tools and strategies in the ever-changing landscape

Preferred Qualifications:

• One or more of the following certifications:Certified Defense Financial Manager, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Government Financial Manager or similar industry standard federal financial management certification
• At least five years of concurrent experience supporting federal financial management requirements with technical writing and editing of technical material of some or all of the following tasks:o Department-level strategic guidance and policy and procedureso Workforce management programso Professional certification program management and administrationo Department-level strategic communications
