Addison Group is Hiring an AP Specialist Near Alexandria, VA
Job Responsibilities :
- Full-cycle AP processing for up to 200 invoices per week
- Vendor maintenance
- Maintain AP inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely fashion
- Review outstanding checks and follow up with vendors to complete them
- Upload invoices, and review / submit non-PO and PO invoices for coding and approval
- Weekly check runs
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 2 years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable
- Excel & ERP experience
- Excellent communication
- Oracle experience preferred
