As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department, managing technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Manage the service department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow
• Supervise and develop a team of technicians and service advisors
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and communication
• Implement and maintain service processes and procedures
• Analyze and report on service performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve dealership goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and manufacturer training programs

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in an automotive service management role
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
