LHH is Hiring a Key Account Manager Near Butler, WI
LHH is partnering with a client looking for a Key Account Manager in the Injection Molding Manufacturing industry. This is a FULLY ONSITE ROLE in Butler, Wisconsin so only applications that are open to in-office work should apply. Great benefits and compensation as well as compensational growth opportunities! The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of customers, clients, and the company. This person will focus on growing and developing existing clients as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for all accounts and key stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Monitoring sales yields, contracts, profitability, and ensure cost of materials and labor are in line with customer and company requirements.
- Quoting clients on all pricing and making recommendations or changes as needed.
- Overseeing product specifications and terms/conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6 years' of relevant work experience in Injection Molding OR Medical Device Manufacturing
- Experience using Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
