A well-established manufacturer of high-quality industrial air filtration equipment is looking for a Sales Support Admin to assist the sales department and perform various administrative / front office duties.
Salary : $21-22 / hr
Location : NW Houston, TX 77433
Type of Position : Temp
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct incoming calls and greet visitors
- Maintain a log of each visitor.
- Receive, sort, deliver, and send mail and packages.
- Maintain the front lobby area.
- Prepare quotes for sales representatives
- Prepare orders for shop.
- Scan orders once complete.
Requirements :
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required
