Sales Support Associate
Location: Marion, TX
Job Description: Sales Support Associate is responsible for representing Ulterra ethically and professionally at the field and warehouse level. They are challenged with supporting the Field Sales staff in all aspects in order to meet customer demand.- Deliver bits and other inventory to the field as required.
- Perform distribution, inventory, and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety procedures at all times.
- Dress in a professional manner as directed by management. This includes facial hair requirements and restrictions.
- Account for 100% of inventory at all times through all implemented documentation and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean company vehicle at all times. Employees are responsible for timely routine maintenance.
- Open communication with Sales Supers, Applications Engineers, Account Reps, and District Manager daily.
- Continually learn about the applications in your area, our product, how to properly apply what you know and have learned.
- Other responsibilities as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. College degree is preferred.
- At least one year of sales or other relevant experience.
- Must have and maintain clean driving record. Able to navigate maps and use GPS.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating programs similar to social media apps.
- Takes direction and instruction, both written and oral.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to advance to an intermediate level.
- Able to prioritize and manage time, organized.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Good attitude with ability to work in a team environment.
