XPEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is seeking Sales Support.

Summary
We are seeking an energetic Sales Support to manage all potential customer communication, assist with market development, coordinate orders and return communication (i.e. phone calls, email, etc.) to potential customers/vendors by scheduling customer installations, courtesy vehicles and warranty work if required. The general market encompasses the residential & commercial window film market, automotive aftermarket, including window tint installers, body shops, franchises and independent professional installers as well as new car dealerships.

Core Duties

· Communicating with customers

· Monitoring and submitting proposals through bidding platforms

· Researching and qualifying new leads

· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

· Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

· Staying informed about competing products and services.

· Supporting warranty claims, shipment/tracking information, product returns

· Supporting project management related tasks

Job Requirements

· High school diploma/GED.

· Previous experience to related sales position preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as NetSuite.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
