Human Resources AssistantGeauga County Job and Family Services is seeking an organized Human Resources Assistant to assist with all HR functions.
Drafting personnel forms; maintaining records; recruitment activities; assisting staff with HR related issues; banking, mail runs, court filing, back-up coverage to the receptionist and switchboard operator.
The successful candidate is highly organized, communicates well, effectively resolves problems, and maintains a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Proven ability to quickly learn new computer systems with strong command of common Microsoft Office applications. Professional office experience and 1 year of formal training / experience in Human Resources or personnel practices.
